    I have been practicing ashtanga yoga for a while now, and i just started to pole dance…
    Well i just found out im with a 6 week pregnancy. Since im a beginner and i have an active workout life style i think i should have no problems.
    But just to make sure.
    Do you advise me to stop?

    This was being discussed a few days ago. If you keep your doctor in the loop he/she can advise what aspects of pole you should continue to do. I kept mine in the loop when I was expecting and poled all through it. Listen to your body, and congratulations!

    And take pictures! We often get down in the dumps while pregnant, but I like back at my preggo pole photos and think they’re slightly awesome.

    my doctor told me it was fine but i’m pretty sure at a certain point she said no inverts, maybe that was the second trimester?
