Im dubbing this coming summer as the “Summer of Stretch”. Since I live on the second floor and have no air conditioning, my pole is rendered practically useless during the hot months due to sweat, Ive decided to take advantage of the heat and dedicate my home training to flexibility training! I was wondering if anyone has tried the Get Bent-Fit and Bendy Dvd. Im thinking about buying it….

I already have Cleos Rocken legs and abs Dvd and Aletheas Flexibility for pole Dvds, but any recommendations or tips would be awesome 🙂 and if anyone is interested in participating in the Summer of Stretch, you are more than welcome!!

I’m interested too! I like Cleo’s RLA, but is the Fit and Bendy DVD any good? Do you recommend Alethea’s DVD?

There are also many individual stretching lessons here, these are in depth, in addition to those I have stretching routines as well, all routines are about 20 mins long!

I’m in! I’ll be stretching to Veena’s lessons, I’m in the process of saving for a new pole and am NOT spending any more money!!!!!!

I have the Fit and Bendy DVD and both of Alethea Austin’s Dvds and I like them for different reason. AA’s are great because they’re specifically tailored for pole dancing. I love Fit and Bendy because the cues are great plus Kristina Nekiya’s voice is quite soothing. Fit and Bendy actually me get my middle splits a lot faster.
