So, I am going to be the big 5-0 in July. Anyone else out there that is my age that is either starting out or has a motivational success story to share? I plan to have my pole by then for sure (maybe sooner if my hubbie comes through!)

Well I will be turning 41 next Saturday and started poling last September… I have been addicted ever since though I am only still a newbie really. You look amazing and I think 50 is an awesome age for women. You will do GREAT on your pole and most of all it will be straightforward FUN all the way… Welcome to this amazing pole journey.

There are all ages in pole! It’s never too late to start! There are a lot for polers here & in the pole community who are in their 40’s & 50’s who have been poling a few years or more who are bad ass! I’m 42 with no plans of stopping anytime soon 🙂

Started when I was 50, now I’m 51 and have my own pole and am loving it! I’m taking classes and have been for almost a year now and am doing more and more each day. Addicted is the word, once you start, you can’t stop. The studioveena site is a great support to what I’m learning in class as well as for strength training. Poling is now a part of me, the only exercise I have loved sticking with; nothing gets in the way of my classes or home practice 🙂 Welcome to pole, you have begun an awesome journey!

I’ll be 50 in September!! All I have to say is we rock! So much crap happening with our hormones and our bodies, yet here we are enjoying this. I started 2 1/2 years ago and never thought I would have gotten as far as I have. Perhaps, one day my body will finally say enough, but for now I am enjoying it immensely.

I’m almost 44 and fairly new to pole….I’ve had to do a lot of work to strengthen myself just to do basic moves, so I’m taking it slow and trying to enjoy the process. It’s great to see so many of us challenging ourselves!
