Kinda puts the iron X to shame
Posted by AriesWolf on May 8, 2014 at 7:45 pmI stumbled upon this today and thought you all might enjoy. Too bad this guy’s not a pole dancer!

That. Is. Awesome. I thought it was hilarious that he talked about advanced human flag practitioners as I was unaware this was really an activity, and I find it even funnier that there is more than one person doing it! Makes me feel like I have a jello core. I need to get busy!

Is it wrong that I want to see him do body waves and booty pops in that position?

That guy needs to try the pole! 😀 Awesome strength. I love how the girl on the phone just veers around him, like, oh cool some dude hanging off a couple bars, no big, I see that all the time. yea.

I want to know who these detractors are. Who, when they see this move, says, “Yeah, but when will you ever USE that?”
-
Lol, I guess I’d be the detractor haha. I’m trying to figure out where else would you use this move outside of pole..
-
No doubt, aries. I could say the same for ANY pole move! O.o

People who mentioned “when would you actually use these moves outside of poling”…its kind of funny the contemplation I put into this. I will be watching a movie and see someone saving another person by hanging from one arm off the side of the building with their other hand gripping the person dangling in the air… so my thought is, if anyone could do this in real life (other than stuntmen), it would be aerialists and super strong polers! Lol. My other thought is…during a flood, if you are strong enough to climb a pole or do the “flagpole”, you could just grab the closest pole and hang on and climb to escape the water. 🙂

M Darling – I TOTALLY understand! I live in NYC, and they put up all this scaffolding to do repairs and construction. It’s sad how often I walk by and think, “If that building was on fire, I could rescue a small child,” or something equally ridiculous.
Plus, what’s the value of being able to shoot a free throw, or kick a field goal? Some things don’t have to be practical, they can just be cool.
