‘Cross’ pole move? & best way to get into it?
I had in the back of my mind that there was a move called the cross, where it’s basically an upright pole split, but where the torso then moves to the front of the pole, and the arms extend out to the side in front of the pole. The pressure between the arm and pole help hold the trick. My teacher found a picture of David C. Owen doing this move in a photo dictionary so it exists! I can sort of fidget/develope’ my way into it from a pole sit, but I’m wondering if there is a more elegant way? Veena … is this in the lessons? Posted earlier w/no takers so one more time.
