How do you find your flow when you’re dancing just to dance? I can bust out smooth sexy moves when they are needed but always have a hard time getting a flow just because whether it’s with pole or hoop. Any tips on how to shut out the world and just dance!?

I agree with Sparrow, music is number one for me!! However some heels can usually do the trick if i want to move slow and sexy, and some knee high socks can help me glide and float , feels like being into character sometimes to get it rollin.. set a special lighting, any thing to create a free mood is what i go for:) Somedays nothing works :\ i like to let the flow tell me what it is rather than trying to stick to any certain style… i use to think i needed “a” style now i could care less. Just dancing to bring my inner to the outside world!! Hope this inspires:)
