    Hi Everyone!!!

I have a pole problem and was wondering if anyone can help?

What can you take a twisted grip aysha in to? I guess it can be taken back to the pole to an inverted crucifix or into in Iron X…

Can it be taken in to an extended butterfly then inside leg hang? Or extended butterfly and in to flatline scorpio while grip is twisted? I’ve been trying to look at videos of what people do with TG aysha, but most people seem to just jump out of it or Iron X their way out.

    Thanks for any ideas!

There are unlimited things. Some basic ones: gemini, scorpio, flatline, crucifix, brass monkey, extended b-fly (and anything that follows), cupid, jasmine, marley, bow and arrow (later iguana)

If you have the strength to descend, sit or climb

    Behind the back elbow holds

More challenging: meat hook, tic tock, hip hold, you can remi sit out of it, theoretically spatchcock if you can.

I think you see where this is going.

I’ve seen the reverse aysha used as a transition into the twisted grip, is it possible to reverse that transition and go back the other way?
