  Aerial hoop – Online lesson or DVD?

  Hi all!
  It’s not pole-related, but I’ve been searching online for a while for to buy either aerial hoop online lesson or DVD, but the only aerial hoop online lesson I found was in the Pole & Aerial.
  Appreciate if someone can recommend any other that might be out there somewhere?
  So far, I see there’s more of aerial silks online lesson and DVD.

  Aerialdancing.com has aerial hoop video lesson. She also has aerial hoop colored instructional manuals available for beginners to advanced.

  I have the both hoops manuals and I love them!! If you haven’t taken a class – I would recommend taking one – that is the best way to learn. However, there are tons of videos on aerialdancing that are useful but she doesn’t break the moves down like Veena does so use with caution!

  Actually last year every video was for pole but since the start of 2014 every weekly video has been of hoop so you will definitely find them on my page. Already half a year worth of weekly tutorials.
