Competition Advice
Looking through the judges for Miss Texas Polestar and I am terrified. Couldn’t exactly tell you why….cuz I don’t expect to win….and pole is the least judgemental community anyone could hope/pray/wish/love to be a part of. And I’m only competing at the most amateur or amateur levels…but still…*eep!*

Pantera? Double *eep* after seeing allgold84’s video….she is such a f*&¢!ing force!!! (Not to frickin mention alethea Austin and Michelle stanek…wtf I did not even look at the judges when I signed up….I just wanted to go meet and compete with fellow polers in the area…. *eep!*)
Nervous too cuz I don’t really have a “home studio” like the other girls. I have a studio I go to but they don’t know me over there but I know them cuz I only go once in awhile and it’s always the same people. Y’all I was THISCLOSE to putting studio veena as my home studio…I hope I meet some girls!! Part of the plan though isn’t it? Meeting people just as crazy weird in love with this stuff as each other ^_^
so effing excited and nervous all at the same time. It feels like the first day of school except you know all the girls at school already love the same thing you do
Any competition tips??? The main one I hear is know your choreography EARLY.
Does anyone specifically have….hair extension advice? I’d like do have some just for thickness and not length. Will snug-ly secured clip ins be something I come to regret as they are being flung into the audience?
Hoo-ha’s: how do you keep it secure and camel toe free as possible?
Costumes: what inspired yours? where did you get it? Or did you make it, if so, how? Did they adequately cover your hoo-ha? I can’t do inverts in my routine so it opens a lot of costume options as far as bodysuits/one pieces too.
Makeup: what looks good? What stays PUT
All hard hitting questions! (To freaked to ask the real actual routine related questions yet!)
Oh, and this is texas after all, spray on tan or no spray on tan? Don’t want to blind these folk 😉
