500mm extension wanted for 50mm pre-2014 Xpert
Hi guys,
I’ve recently moved house and my pre-2014 Xpole Xpert (50mm) is now too short for my high ceilings! I’m looking for a 500mm chrome extension but nowhere – nowhere!! – in the UK has them in stock. I wondered whether anyone UK-based on here had one they were looking to sell, or knows of anyone else who might? I’m desperate to get back on my pole so any help would be appreciated 🙂 x -

Call XPole. They just recently posted that they were updating their site so all inventory may not be showing.

Thanks Chem but I’ve been in touch with XPole via email already – they’ve sold out and can’t say whether they’ll be restocking this size/type 🙁

X-Pole has always carried spares for older products and will continue to do so.
Naturally there comes a point that it is not viable to produce a parts anymore – no volume or they need changed/increased specifications to meet today’s exacting requirements. That just happened with the screw together XP range – it is now over 5 years since the last pole was last sold. No would we now have to update the design but also we believe that poles over at that age should be replaced.
X-Pole Offices worldwide can still order parts for XS and XX pre 2014 poles but they will not keep constant stock. Should the US office not have any incoming XX050CR-0500 (that’s the item code for a 50mm Chrome 500mm extension) the the UK have am order pending (not sure when it will arrive but checking) and could assist when the stock arrives.
Please talk to the US office and they can liaise with UK. X-Pole will do all it can to assist.

Thank you so much for the reply, that’s really helpful. I can totally understand older items not being fully stocked, it makes perfect sense. The girl I spoke to in the UK office didn’t mention being able to order them in though so thanks for the advice on that – I’ll get back onto them. I really appreciate your help 🙂
