  Help! Janeiro

  I try janeiro technic from brass monkey but I can not let go of my hand when I loose the bottom I fall down soon.
  may be someone can give me a technique to remain at the pole
  Thank you

  hello,

  remember to engage your core, keeping your back firmly planted against the pole! also make sure that you are perfectly balanced before removing the lower hand very slowly…
