I’ve never participated in one of these challenges posted by Beachyogagirl on Instagram so I thought I’d give it a try this month! Anyone else going to do it with me?

Yes one pose each day! I’m doing this just for fun, but if you want a chance to win prizes follow kinoyoga or beachyogagirl to see details on how to enter. 😊

It gets advanced very quickly, but it’s something for me to aspire to! I’m doing Erin Motz’s 14-17 minute beginner’s lessons on Y-T for now…

Yay @veena. I been subscribing to Beachyogagirl and kinoyoga for a while and love their yoga pose challenges. Good for balance and flexibility. Also fun. 🙂

I looked at that and thought hmmm: I could do up to day 8 and then argh no way Jose. And I’m reasonably flexy.
Kudos to everyone doing it! It’s bad ass!

I agree that this shows very advanced poses but remember that all poses have starting points and that wherever you are and whatever your pose looks like; it is perfect for you. Make the pose fit your body, don’t try to make your body fit into the pose.

What the heck, if I’m opening my big mouth to give advice I’d better jump in on this. Lol. Tomorrow I will do 1-3.
