    So sorry as i deleted all the previous discussion here about the basic invert ! but i’m not used of this and new too at studio veena ! i had explained for a few weeks my problems with my basic invert ! i was able to do it more than one year (but always starting from side of the pole and not in front)and since 3 months not unable anymore……as said i have 10 kilos too much since january because of surgury and hormones problems ! since i have been here i mastered the reverse handstand (thank you Veena!) without problems now and i use side climb too for invert poses…..but no basic invert anymore ! i tried mental as i’m with a huge tummy and it could be a reason of my bad invert but nothing………i know that i look very stupid and bad of my video but if someone can help me , i would be very happy !…video is on my profil, and all advices are welcome thank you !

    Don’t worry you don’t need to delete other discussions 🙂 You are very close you will get your invert back soon!

    thank you for all Veena ! it wasn’t easy for me to show me so fat ! i have watched thousand times your basic invert lesson but something is wrong by me and for one year it was the same !? pfffffff ! but reverse handstand is so cool for me ! thanks !!

    Nothing is wrong with you 🙂 try working on only Step 1 (upper body) for a while. When stepping and gripping into the armpit feels good. Then work on Step 2. I’m sure others may have suggestions too!

    thank you so veena ! armpit grip is a problem for me to invert i think……i’ll try again and let you know…

    I noticed you have the wrong hand high in your video so I left a comment about that. Pole on your right = right hand on top, pole in right armpit, squeeze right bicep…

    thank you again nice girl ! so i think veena lessons are very cool as i can afford me pole school and your advices are so helpful (alone i can’t really know what’s wrong!) xx to all!

    I learned inside hand low and I am pretty sure that is how it is shown here on the site.
    I would start working on your pole holds first, then on knee ups while you are in pole hold. Kicking up should never be an option. Sorry.

    thank you ! i know ! but i think everybody is built different too……..as i could have my basic invert one year and as i can’t do it anymore…….i never worked really on stengh i know but i could do such moves without ! (euh please no word about shoulder mount lol !…..)but i’ll try again and again and let you know…(those last times i was so sad that i would’nt try baic invert anymore……..i did side climb and reverse handstand…..)

    basic (sorry!) no problems all advices are welcome and thank you ! veena’s lessons are really good ! and i feel like a student who was bad ! as i like news moves but never really worked on strength !…..so as it would be too late for me too boring too……but i was so happy with reverse hanstand Veena ! and cupid too ! best explanations !
