Take your left arm and place it up high on the pole, now take your right hand place it low on the pole. Pull up with your left arm, and push your body away from the pole with your right arm. Lift your legs up into a a v.
I can hold this move for a couple of seconds

Well, the grip on the pole you’re describing is called “Split grip,” and used as a hold in the way you seem to indicate is… difficult to give a “name” to, as the pole community is pretty confusing when it comes to actually determining what is a separate moves, and the names of those moves.
However, I would call that the “Split Grip V,” and I learned that move in the studio as a “Flick kick.”

Just be careful with the split grip, as it can be quite hard on the wrists!

We call that move “boomerang” when you’re full facing the pole with a split grip. If your hips are in front of the pole in a V, that’s a different move – I think my studio calls it a “side V”. It’s hard to know what you’re describing without seeing it.

Is it what I do here?https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/5487a5c1-cf08-4f56-a7fa-3e5e0a9aa0eb

Apparently split grip legs wide hanging down is Wonderwoman and drawing legs up straight and straddled whilst facing pole is Boomerang.

However I just call it a bracket spin with v legs.

    Pole is confusing.

I just call it V legs or Spit grip V.

If this is what you’re talking about 🙂
