    I’ve posted a NEW version of the Thigh Rest! This lesson includes conditioning tips for working up to a full thigh rest and I also have a close up look at proper hand placement for Partial Split Grip! I came up with this new method of teaching Thigh Rest while instruction my Husband who had never pole danced before! It worked beautifully so wanted to share it with everyone!     Thanks Veena! I like how you explained it all, and used a squatting position to help get used to the grip. I’ll be working on this one again soon!

    Wow, thanks Veena! I’m determined to nail this move in 2015! Love hanging the prep moves so I can work on it more.
