Thigh Rest Help!
I’ve posted a NEW version of the Thigh Rest! This lesson includes conditioning tips for working up to a full thigh rest and I also have a close up look at proper hand placement for Partial Split Grip! I came up with this new method of teaching Thigh Rest while instruction my Husband who had never pole danced before! It worked beautifully so wanted to share it with everyone!
