I’ve heard lunch box? Though looking at it written down I wonder if I actually dreamt that…
-
Nope I’ve heard it called lunch box too! You didn’t dream it 😉

Thanks! I will try to google the names and see if I have any luck! i really want to do this, its so beautiful move.

There are 2 hand positions for this, both hands behind the back and then the split grip like this. I have heard lunch box, fang and broken pencil.
-
The back arm position I can manage from Iguana. But hov to get into the split grip variation?
-
I figured it out! So happy! The easiest way is from twisted grip aeysia I think. The arms are already in place, so all you need to do is change the position of the back and legs. And volia!

Easiest way is from a cross ankle or dangerous Brian layback. All you need to do is put the hands in position and then lower yourself down.

It’s called a fang. There are a few ways to get into it. You can cross release, slide to an arrow ( which is similar) and reposition the arm. But you need to be careful, you can get off balanced. I think I saw someone do it from going into a brass monkey. I’m going to try it. 😉
