Safe and balanced workout schedule?
I’m finally starting to turn a corner with my kidney infection and I feel much better now. I have four days left on the 30 day plan and I suddenly realised I should probably draw up some sort of plan to further my skills, conditioning and flexibility. Pole dancing is my only exercise outside of walking. Does the schedule below seem balanced? Any feed back or suggestions?
Mon: Pole dance (Mixture of Climbs, inverts, spins), conditioning, core, upper
Tues: Transitions, floor work – stretching/splits
Wed: Pole dance (Mixture of climbs, inverts, spins) conditioning, lower, core
Thurs: Transitions, floor work- stretching/splits
Fri: Pole dance (Mixture of climbs, inverts, spins), Conditioning: upper, lower
