Rib pain?
So one day I was bored at a playground as my friend was exercising and decided to do an invert on the pole there and there were a few things in the way and so I kept falling back down as Id try to go up. It was only later that I realised i shouldn’t have done that because my teacher always stressed to control down otherwise you could hurt a rib. Anyway after doing that a few times I got bored and went home but a day or so later I noticed pain in my left shoulder (I invert on my left) just under the shoulder blade and I’m worried I may have hurt a rib. I can breathe properly but when I lay on my back or side it hurts and if I straighten my shoulder into the correct posture or someone presses on the spot it really hurts too, plus I get a pain when I do invert now. It’s now been over a week and I’m just worried because I don’t know wether I could have hurt it from improper inverts or just something else, I could just be paranoid for all I know.
I am now laying in bed at 6:30am because I can’t sleep from the pain. If anyone has any advice I would be so happy haha. Thanks 🙂
