  Back in the game……

  Hi guys, I feel like I’ve been a bad member! Fell off the wagon a bit, lost my focus, Christmas happened….. you know, the usual excuses. But then this weekend we had a photo shoot at our studio and I came away with a lovely set of pics. Of course I truly love pole, but now I’m even more determined to progress, get stronger, and be the best I can be. This includes getting back into it here, and learning from you lot like I did before. Hope you’re all well. Can’t wait to start reading back through everything x
