I bought this band… cause I mean, look at that stretch, looks amazing, plus It helps with pancake stretches and all sorts of things.

I read the reviews, and it seemed like shorter people were unhappy with the band because it wasn’t tight enough. So ok, that shouldn’t be my problem. Yeah, I realize the girl in the picture is a child, but I’ve been the same height since I was 13 or 14. The reviews seemed positive. So I gave it a go.

Hahaha. Oh my goodness, I could barely pull it past my belly button, forget hooking it on the other leg!!! The only way I can relate how silly I looked struggling with this band is… When you go to Kindergarden parents night and you have to sit on those tiny chairs.

The girl in the picture must be 4ft tall. Oh well. Maybe I could use it as a pull up band. It looks similar. HMmm.

Hahah, I can picture it..,.but annoying that it’s not what you expected. Hopefully it wasn’t too spendy. 💵 Maybe you could buy some resistance bands and tie them together to make your own? 🙌

That’s really bad. I would be super upset. But agree with Veena, try making one, it shouldn’t bee to hard and you can customize it to your size.

Yeah, it was only $20, and its a good band, so I hung onto it a few days to see if I’d use it for anything else… Nope haven’t touched it. Think I’ll send it back.

Making one is a good idea. I’ll give it a go.

I would suggest purchasing the “rage fitness” pull up assist. It comes with 3 bands, so that you get different resistances for your pull ups…but then you can link two of them together and they are perfect for splits training. I’m 6’2 and not really flexible, and it does give a good level of resistance. If needed, you could always put in another knot for additional resistance. I bought mine from Dick’s Sporting Goods, but here is a link. Good luck! 🙂
