Stupid question…how do you view the lessons?
I just bought at 30 day membership but whenever I try to view the lessons a page showing the different packages you can buy comes up. Am I doing something wrong?

Do you have to view the lessons in order and are not allowed to skip around? I am so confused.

poleisnewtome – Did you buy lessons or a gift certificate? The gift certificate will show up in your inbox within 24 hours of purchase but generally sooner. The quicker way to do this is to click on one of the lesson packages and purchase it directly, then access is nearly instantaneous.

I think I bought a gift certificate…duh! I knew I did something wrong. I see the redemption code now. Thanks for the quick response!

I added the redemption code in the promo code box. Now what do I do?

Could you double check. I think I sent you a blank one the first time. I had the system resend your thirty day.

Yeah, I saw the blank one. But then I got the one with the code. I entered in the promo code box and I got confirmation that it was redeemed, but I still can’t view anything. Sorry for the trouble.

It looks like you put in the blank one. No big deal. I added the proper one to your account for you. Your lessons should work just fine now.
