  Quick question about the xpert pole. I have read through the discussions about how if you over-tighten your pole it won’t spin freely. Im having this problem after taking it down to get hardwood floors (yay) but now the guy won’t spin well. So my question is, what exactly am I loosening? Do I have to takeit down entirely to loosen all the joints along the way? Or the 3 holes above the static/spin holes? Can it be done with it already installed? Just don’t want to have to do it all again if I don’t have to. Thanks

  Just loosen the overall tension between the floor and ceiling. Nothing with any of the screws. Make sense?
