new tg 2014 xpole (trouble shooting)
I just recently bought a brand new x pole off craigslist that the previous owner had less than a couple of weeks. The pole was only put up once but I do believe they may have put it up wrong because the height adjuster was stuck and it was really stuck. 🙁 I tired wd40 and motor grease nothing helped. after a few days of frustration and talking to x pole tech I took it to home depot got some handy men to crank a screw driver in the static screw holes and twist off the the whole height adjuster so I can re lube it and reassemble to the pole, the pole works fine now on static but the spin is not moving smoothly. I am sure the spin mode is an easy fix but im taking a break from fixing my pole until i am over the flu. I honestly like the old x poles i dont understand whats better with the new models the new models are way more confusing to set up than the old ones, but the new models are very heavy they have to weigh more than 50 pounds.
well polers i will update you on my new pole once im healthy and start posting pole videos. -
