So I just got my first Xpert Xpole today and after setting it up and testing it out the top dome will slip a little on the ceiling. It doesnt do it immediately only if I have been dancing on it for a few minutes. The first time it did it, I took it down checked everything and put it back up, but it did it again. I know for sure that it is on a stud. Am I just not tightening it to the ceiling enough?

I would say you are either not tightening it enough or you are not locking it into position properly.

I just got mine a couple of weeks ago and it did the same thing. We had to tighten it more. Also I let my uh and swing on it few times before I jumped on.

Make sure the key hole thing (at the bottom of the pole) has the line showing through it when you’re done tightening it up. Hard to explain but i was a bit confused myself on this. I was a bit scared as my boyfriend kept turning the pole more and more to get it tight but I guess it has to be secure!

Hi there! Give us a call or send us an email info@xpoleus.com for tech support.
Sounds like the pole is not tightened enough against the ceiling.
    Thanks!
