Anything listed under “Lessons” on the website is included. That is Pole move lessons, Strength training, Flexibility lessons, the 30 day takeoff for pole, the 30 day Flexibility lessons (which have been recently coming out as Veena puts them up), the Flowmotion lessons, some Hooping and Lapdancing lessons, her Quick lessons for when you’re a bit more advanced (most of the time, sometimes there are less-advanced ones)…
I’m not sure if I’m forgetting anything…
Anyways, there’s lots included! -
What is different than what is here for free? Is there a link on the site to this info? Thanks for your help 😉

I just counted 81 different lessons in the beginner section alone. but there is also intermediate, advanced, flexibility, conditioning, hooping, foam roller, lap dance, routines and combos. there are all those section with just as many or more lessons. guess I’m not even sure which videos are free. that’s where I m kind of lost. how many of the lessons are free and which ones? that would be easier to answer. cause there’s several hundred lessons available and I’m not sure how many of those are free.

okay. I logged out of my account so I could make a comparison to see what you see. there were only 3 free lessons when I did that. however, you get 3 days access to all lessons when you first sign up. I’m wondering if you are seeing a lot of free lessons because you are using your 3 day access? i’m not sure…

I don’t think any of the regular lessons are free. The quick lessons might be. Why don’t you try the three day free trial and have a look around?

If you are a new member you get 3 days free access to the lessons….after day 3 you will no longer be able to view them. Everything you see in the lesson section is included, I don’t charge extra for different levels or section. Does that make sense?ðŸ˜Å
