Okay so ive gotten the all clear by my doctor, ive read all the pros and cons of pole and pregnancy.
My question is…I am completely new to pole and I am aware veena suggests not taking up anything new while pregnant. That being said, walking around my block just isnt doing it for me!
I have low risk text book pregnancies (this is my fourth) and im just wondering does anyone know where to start within my boundaries?
I want to give my body a head start into pole for when the baby is born but I dont know what anything is called, what moves to do, what conditioning to start with?…

Congrats!! Conditioning, strength work , transitions and such would be fine, however now is not the time to push yourself. Don’t overheat, drink plenty of water and don’t go crazy with trying new things. I would also avoid static spins as most are not beginner appropriate anyway. You need to build up strength for spins or you can easily injure yourself. 😊

    Thankyou, Veena!
All of this sounds great! I want to purchase your lessons but I am so unsure as to where I begin.
The 30 day take off? And just alter a few things accordingly? Is it safe to keep doing the 30 day start until I have the baby?
I do pilates everyday and even some of those moves I have to alter for my slowly growing belly!

The 30 day take off would be appropriate 😊 just make sure any warm ups listed don’t make you too tired or hot for too long.
