  Does anyone else find that they grip more to chrome poles when theyre cold?
  My grip is never as good once ive warmed up :/ I dont use any grip aids because im not too familiar with any.

  Nop, sorry…totally on the contrary! When I’m cold (and the pole is cold too) I find it harder to grip that when I’ve warmed up and the pole is warm already too. Maybe I sweat a little bit, but then I can just use some liquid magnesium and that works fine. I don’t use grip aids either.

  Oops, sorry! By grip aids I understood gloves and that, but I guess magnesium counts as a grip aid, right? :p
