    Hi all,
Just one week to go before I can buy my years subscription and start my Veena journey πŸ™‚ So excited (bugger being poor though- I hate having to wait so long to do things haha).
Anyway, in the meantime I’m just working on different pole grips and so on and was just wondering if any of you use hand grip exercise tools?
I am thinking of buying some rings that have various resistance levels ie 25kg/35kg/45kg etc. They’re simply rings that you squeeze to help improve hand, wrist and forearm strength and I was wondering if anyone else uses something to help improve their grip strength and, if so, what do you like to use?
    Cheers,
    Emma x

Buy some tennis balls! They work great for grip strengthening and also for releasing muscle tension! I’ve never used any gadgets for hand strength but I know there are some, I can’t think of the names right now. 😐

    Thanks Veena πŸ™‚
I was thinking these rings look good- simple but still require strength, plus I thought maybe the shape would give me more ways to grip it (different finger positions and such).
Plus they’re super cheap which is always a bonus πŸ˜‰

Hey. I have a similar set of rings. I find them nice to squeeze when I’m sitting in front of a computer at the office, almost like a stress reliever. I much prefer the rings to the spring-loaded squeeze bars strengthener I have. That one I find hard to use and it hurts my palms. The rings don’t hurt, so I use them a lot more.
