Help……..I just got a new silicone pole………my yoga pants have too much give and stretchyness……can anyone tell me a brand they have found to work? I feel like they have to be like jeans, thick and no stretch….I’ve been poling without pants, but my legs r burning…..

Holy crap, I didn’t even know they made silicone poles! Pretty cool…maybe leggings would work?

Leggings are too stretchy. They stick but stretch so my legs slide off. Hard to describe. And, yes, xpole makes silicone poles now. Thanks for your reply;)

Try footless tights/hose with shorts over the top. Just make sure the tights fit snug.

I just get my silicone pole too! It is wonderful! The grip is amazing. Yoga pants aren’t so good. It is to elastic. I use denim/Jeans skinny pant with a tank top.

I am still testing outfits also. I found tight tights with shorts over the top are good, unitard with shorts is even better. Or if its cold, a full body leotard decorated with whatever clothing you want over the top. Many of the girls in my studio do this for dance club performances on the lyra- they wear a nude body stocking and cute outfits over the top, makes sure everything stays covered!
