How do you guys get your progress pictures? I get my kid to take a pic if she’s here but then it’s like “hurry! I can’t hold this position much longer!” hahaha
I’ve noticed so many of you have progress stills which I assume are from vidoes? Or do you use a remote to take the pic?
    TIA

I set up my phone and press record and take video. Then, I watch the video, pause it when I am holding the position, and take a picture of the screen or screenshot. That is how I take photos lol.

There is an app called video to photo where you can look at all of your videos screen by screen and save the screens you like best. Even if it is less than a second you will be able to get the shot. The best 3 bucks I’ve ever spent.

Personally, I really like to use a media player like VLC or Media Player Classic, which both have an in-program screenshot function which will save them all as jpegs. Just play your recording and hit the screenshot button, and then you don’t have to mess with editing/cropping.
