Awesome Spin I Can’t Find!!
When I first joined up to StudioVeena one of the promotional videos showed this awesome spin, where the person is standing on the ground and they are spin around the pole (not on the pole, feet on ground), there arms are above their head and their body is spinning in circles whilst circling the pole. If anyone knows the video for this I would be very greatful!!

It sounds like pirouettes if the feet stay on the ground. There’s a couple videos for them in the beginner section here if that’s what you mean 🙂
