    Hi everyone,
So…I got knocked up, and am currently at 22 weeks. I’ve poled until I was about 17 weeks, and am in the beginning of advanced classes. I’ve only gained about 3kg so far, and am quite small still, although I’ve not tried to pole for a month now as I was away on holiday.
My problem is that I’ve lost so much strength due to the fact that in the beginning although I did a performance at 2 months, and classes thereafter, I did not do much strength upkeep cos I wasn’t feeling too great. I can’t even do one chin-up anymore, and it upsets me. My shoulder mount was gone before I went away, and my aerial invert threatened to commit suicide as well.
Now, I was looking at prenatal programs online for upper body and core strength as I really don’t want to lose everything and want to bounce back to pole and my booty shorts as soon as possible, but all they have are just pilates and yoga, which I feel is not enough for what I want. Plus pilates and yoga bores me. I’m hoping anyone of you can share what you did to maintain or gain back the strength for pole while being pregnant. I’m raring to go now that I’m feeling a lot better and am still small enough to do stuff.

You may want to down load my new training manual, there is info on pregnancy and pole in there! https://www.studioveena.com/methods/letter

Otherwise there are several topics on pregnancy if you use the search function 😊
