Since I have been advancing in pole, teaching a couple of classes a week, and weight lifting on off days, I have become more muscular (lets be real, I also gained a few pounds of fat as well). None of my clothes fit me anymore and the ones that do make me look weird! It is so hard finding flattering clothes for big legs, butt, back, shoulders, and arms. Are any of you in the same boat? What brands or styles do you wear that you have found to be stylish and also flattering. I am also 25, so I need age appropriate styles.

Honestly I love all Veena’s outfits. The way she wears them and carries herself.
And in terms of age sensitive pole clothes are very generic. What matters is the size and quality of the material how it stretches. I usually stay away from shorts and tops that cut into my lines.
The last thing I need when trying to create beautiful lines and stay one with pole and floor is a sausage look. I do shop even at VS and Pink their sport line and make sure nothing is tight but clings to my skin safe enough for any action

If you’re looking for “normal clothes,” such as ones you’d wear out to a job or to dinner, instead of stuff you’d dance in, I think it depends very much on your preferred style. I like a lot of dress pants, tank-tops, and suit jackets. I have very plain, minimalist taste when it comes to clothes! And, for fitting larger arms, big legs, a round butt… you gotta find the right brand for you! It can be tough, and it may take some searching, but you’ll find something. Stretch really goes a long way! I haven’t been working my arms as much as I could, and I still have issues finding shirts that I don’t feel like I’m going to “she-hulk” out of. They do exist though!
Yes, more muscles (especially on women) can limit the way you dress. I may never wear knee-high boots again because of my calves from running, but I love my calves, so that’s okay!

Personally, I don’t think you necessarily need to “flatter” those parts of your body- they do the job just fine! But, showing them off is totally fun. Find what you love to wear, and then make it work for you!

If you have the budget for it, you may be able to buy clothes that may be a bit larger in size overall (off the rack) and then take it to a trusted tailor who can take it in for certain areas.

Great advice everyone! I was actually talking about more “normal” clothes like to go out or go to work in. Thanks!
