Has anyone tried acupuncture to heal a hip sprain? It has been a month since I injured my hip with super high ballistic kicks and it still hurts to stretch.

Acupuncture can help – but I think deep tissue massage and chiropractic help me more in general – especially if it muscular

I have acupuncture weekly. If I have a pulled muscle I follow up the treatment with Tiger Balm.

If you are able to find MAT specialist to attend in your area would probably the ideal best solution in terms of time and outcome for type of athletic trauma you have and how quickly you want to return to your usual performance.
Keep in mind acupuncture is a technique that will block the nerves pathway thru which you experienced feeling of pain in your area but healing will have take time on it’s own.
MAT sciences specialist has a knowledge of how to reactivate muscles and ligaments in your body to switch it to correct physical process of the movement of affected area even after one session. Usually after a day or two you are good to come back to your usual practice. No TB will be needed.
And if you compare the cost it’s most economical at the end.
