Dance Pole Back Up
I am so happy I finally got my dance pole set back up. I wasn’t able to set it up in the house because of no room and ceilings are cathedral. It is Not as fancy looking as I want it to be but it is a start. It is fastened to the support beam across the ceiling of my out building. Then I have a black mat on the floor covering a large square in the building so any falls will be cushioned a little. There is also a disco ball over head. as I wont be doing anything fancy anytime soon, I thought the disco ball would be nice for playing around. So now I just need some beginner videos, SO as soon as I am able I am going to get Veena’s beginner videos. My walls aren’t completed yet but I thought the white might lighten it up a bit in here.

How exciting! Keep in mind when you purchase the lessons you’ll have full access to all the lessons not just beginner! This way you can also use the flexibility, conditioning and things of that nature too! 😊
