Online Instructor Certification
Have any instructors here taken an online pole teacher certification course? Specifically the one by Spin City, but really anything? They’re looking like a great option for what I want to do, but I wonder what you might miss in an online class that you’d get in a face-to-face class. Thanks y’all!

Yes! The Veena Method teacher training is amazingly useful! I felt like I needed a “certification” for other reasons, but I learned a tremendous amount from Veena’s teacher training.

I took both Vertical Dance and Discoveries Dance. Although the Discoveries Dance one is shorter, the information is very helpful. Instead of teaching you 100+ moves, she teaches you how to break down and teach any move. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for the responses here! I’m definitely studying the Veena Method, and Discoveries Dance is on my list of courses to keep researching. If this is helpful to anyone else, the head honcho of Spin City has been very helpful and informative in email correspondence, and also linked me to the facebook group for people who have taken Spin City. To sum up in one line what I’ve been reading about Spin City’s courses, they look like a good group to go with. Research continues!
