Anyone taken Pole Flow 3-day Intensive with Marlo Fisken?
Marlo’s three-day workshop is coming to Mexico and I’m strongly considering taking it. But, it’s really expensive (especially when you make pesos). Has anyone done this three day version of her workshop? Did you find it worth the money? Would it be good for a poler who is advanced in strength moves, but who is still on the basics in terms of movement and fluidity? Or would I need a better base in the dance and floorwork aspects to make the most of her teaching?
