Is your rib healed yet? If so, the 30 day take off program is a great way to start back up! I tell you exactly what to work on for 30 days. I even tell you when to rest, stretch and condition. Here’s a look at the program. Oh, and keep in mind all programs and routines are included in any lesson package you buy. 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4KzMIIbZH0&index=26&list=PLyXWQXP3dueofybLatPPuLCbvfSPF2oSF

Oh no, it’s not per lesson! There are different pricing options for subscriptions or a 1 yrs option, which offers the most savings in the long run. There should be a pricing link at the top of the site rush more info.

Can I pay for one month to trial before I commit to paying every 30days , does it automatically take payment every 30 days

If you only want one month just cancel anytime before the 30 days are up and you will not be billed again. It must be canceled before the 30 days and you will still have a full 30 days access no matter when you cancel.
