Best Dance Boots
Posted by MarissaPolerina on November 12, 2015 at 6:03 amHey guys!
I am looking for the best boots to dance in! I take a lot of sexy dance classes… But I would love to wear high heeled boots. With that being said… What are your favorites? I am fairly good at waking in heels, but I won’t have anything to hold onto while dancing in a burlesque class.
Suggestions? Pleasers are obviously my first thought….

Ellie has some inexpensive six-inch boots that are stable to walk in.

The boots will be for both! However, I really want to be able to also dance in them for chair dance and burlesque 😊 Preferably ankle boots!

If you’re gonna use them for pole too make sure they don’t have metal or zippers on them. Look for shiny finishes, these will grip the pole. 😊

I have the Pleaser Delight thigh high boots. I’ve had them 2 years and they are holding up well. They lace up the back and zip on inside of leg. I wear them at the studio and at home – no issues with scratching the pole. I have the ankle high ones as well. I like these as they are open toe and really help grip the pole.

Those are amazing!! I was wondering… It doesn’t hurt your feet to have open toe? I have been avoiding them because I am nervous of my skin chaffing…

These are my absolute favourite boots. So sexy. I want to sleep and n them, I love them so much! But if you buy closd in boots, go up a size – that way, you can wear cotton socks inside them, and nobody knows 😉 I normally wear size 8 in Pleaser but for closed in boots I wear a 9.

@shelliebelly – I love your boots!!! What material are your Pleasers? Are they real leather because it is outstanding that they have lasted so long! I just bought a pair of patent PVC Pleaser Kiss boots and they ripped when I wore them for the first time at pole class! I was so frustrated and now I may have to fight to return them.
I also stumbled upon a site that says they sell the best quality pole boots made of real leather so that they have better wear and tear: http://www.thepoledancingshop.com/pole-dancing-boots
Anyone buy from this site yet?

@dragonmermaid – I tend to shy away from patent…I have had bad experience with chunks ripping out with climbing on previous pleasers. I purchased my thigh high boots off Amazon. They are not real leather but are holding up great!! Here is a photo of the box with code and name.

@shelliebelly – Thank you so much for the info! Now that you have given me the info, I see that I just got the knee length version of your boots, also from Amazon! I’m excited because that means they’ll last! I wish I had checked in with this forum regarding the patent boots. I have seen many dancers rock the patent boots and thought they were the ones to get, but having my new boots completely fall apart on me, I have learned the lesson the hard way!

@PoleFitMom – These boots seem to be popular with quite a few dancers now! 🙂 I’ve seen them in the real leather and the PU. How is the patent holding up on yours?
