  Xpole issue please help me!

  Hello everyone i am having an issue with my 45mm chrome xpole xpert and would really appreciate advice. The lower main A pole is stuck and will not move up or down because when first putting it up i managed to damage the threads. On the xpoleus youtube channel it shows how to fix this by spraying WD40 into the screw holes and turning it backwards and forwards, but i’ve done this and it stil wont screw down!!

  Leave the WD40 for an hour or so to soak in, then try and get rubber gloves or someone really strong to help you twist the pole from side to side until it rethreads.
