These videos are great but I would really like a personal pole trainer. Anyone in Rhode island willing to teach me?

Looks like there are a couple of Pole studios there, and that would be a good option.
Having one-on-one training from someone is often very, very expensive! Classes are a good way to go because you’ll get some direction and that social aspect, and if you have a pole at home, you can mirror the classes at home, and also work on some other moves that the studio may not do, or work on transitions and flow, which some studios don’t focus on.

Hi Osilas! I am in RI and go to Love Pole Fitness and Aerial Arts in Bellingham. They are soooo supportive and wonderful. There are all levels of pole fitness and pole dance as well as flexibility, pole gymnastics, chair dance, belly dance, Lyra, silks. They have a Groupon currently running and always have specials. If you want to go let me know. A friend and I sometimes ride up together on sat morning. You are welcome to join us. If you want to get together to hang out and pole we can do that also but I am by no means an instructor-poling only 10 mos.

Hi! You’ll find my lessons are not like any other website out there. If you’re looking for a program to follow try the 30 day take off program! I’ve placed everything in order helping you build the strength and technique you need. You’ll also see related lessons below the main player that when focused on, will help you achieve the main move. You also have the ability to ask my questions on any move and I’ll respond asap and you can always post a video here for feedback. 💜 A quality personal pole instructor shouldn’t be “cheap” or free so keep that in mind when looking. Instructors work very hard and help keep you safe and moving in the right direction and they deserve compensation. 😊
