I have a question for Veena and if anyone has any advice please feel free to tell me anything.
I fell down the stairs and I have a hairline humerus fracture in my right arm. What can i buy from you that I could learn like freestyle floor work, actually something like that video you made where you are wearing the dungaree bell bottoms. Do you have anything I could buy that I could learn floor work that is sexy. I can’t go back to the pole for many months. So what can i buy in the meantime from you that does not involve the pole. Actually I dont think I will do the pole anymore I am too old, I am 64. But I love slow moving exercises that are hard but also give you that feminine sexy feeling like pole dance. Do you have any digital videos, etc. Thank you so much.
P.S. Before I broke the shoulder, I did take Tara Lee’s advice and i took a Nia dance class and I loved it.

Hi! I’m sorry to hear about your fall, and wish you a speedy recovery!

I don’t sell dvd’s but the lessons on my website have many things that do not use the pole. You’ll find over 130 lessons that do not use a pole! I’ve got everything from flexibility training, conditioning, strength work, workout routines, chair dance and even hula hooping! Once you purchase the lessons you have access to EVERYTHING no bundles or separate packages to buy, every lesson I have you will have access too 🙂

Ruth, so sorry to hear about your injury. I hope you are well soon. There are videos on the site that are complete workouts so you don’t have to figure them out for yourself. That alone is worth it. I tried Nia and loved it too. Found it to be very feminine and spiritual. Be well.

Hi Catsanctuary, Thank you so much for replying to me and for the well wishes. When you said there are videos on the site that are complete workouts, do you mean from Veena? Thank you again. Ruth
