Have any of you ladies experienced this and if so how did you get it out?

The base that is on the pole is stuck and won’t come out of the base from the stage. How do I get this off? It won’t pull out.

Is it currently locked in static or is it in spin? It will not pull out if it is in spin, possibly as a safety precaution.

It’s on static. That’s why I was confused as to why it doesn’t come up.

Okay, good, we’re troubleshooting. The next question I have is that when you unscrewed the base did you do both sides? It’s possible you re-tightened it or stripped the hex screws by doing so.

Did you take the 3 screws out of the top half of the base part too? Not just the screws on the bottom half for the spin mode?

And the next question I would have is that those screws sitting on your stage are from your B-pole, right?

Okay, I am not sure if they changed the design or not so this is coming from my working with them 5 years ago. There used to be a double type set screw; basically a small screw hidden by one of the larger screws. You could only access it by taking out the large screws (which you have done). Take a flashlight to the openings that you have removed those screws from and see if you see another smaller screw inside. This may be your issue as it sits in a divot.

Which screws did you take out? The ones next to the (X) are the ones that will remove the pole from the base. The ones above are supposed to stay in to hold the “ring” onto the pole in the right place.

Thank you everyone!! I took out all screws completely from the base in case it was getting caught. The pole is on static so the only other screws are the spin mode. The stage is only 2 months old. So was confused why this would happen or what made it happen.

I tried several things and finally got it out!! It was weird and don’t know why I had to do this but at least it work. Here’s what I did in case it happens to someone else.

I took out all the screws on the base. Then I unscrewed the static and made it spin. It came out!!! FYI, I never pull it out on spin. I repositioned back to the base and put it back to static. Had to do this a few times. But now it pulls out on static mode. :/

Thank you for all your help! 🙂
