  Membership question

  Can someone tell me what happens here when your subscription is up? I noticed the other day that I was demoted to a gray star by my name. I used the “contact us” a couple days ago and still no response. I thought for sure I had more time with my membership but it appears I didn’t? I haven’t been getting emails anymore from Studio Veena either. I’d like to renew but I want to make sure first that it is up. Thanks!

  If you click on your user name and then click account, it provides you with information on membership status. 😊

  As far as emails, make sure you haven’t selected to no longer receive emails. Check your spam folder too!
