I Created a Pole Notebook
I created a notebook titled “Aerial Arts Fitness Planner†to help me keep track of my pole progress. The girls at the studio thought it was a good idea, so I decided to sell it on Amazon.
I keep track of my Daily Schedule/Goals, Class Notes, Corrections, Favorite Routines, Journal and Photos. The Achievements section has static pole, spinner pole, flexibility, conditioning, weight lifting, lyra hoop and silks. I provide some extra worksheets, but if you run out, you can make copies. The notebook is a small 8.5in x 5.5in, 3-ring binder that you can easily carry with you. My notebook works with any pole studio or program because you write in the names of the moves that you are working on (every studio is different). It’s just a way to keep everything organized so I know where I’m going and what I’ve accomplished. You can find it on Amazon by searching “Aerial Arts Fitness Plannerâ€.
