Update on my workout
I got a gym membership, last week is when I started. Last night I did my first class which was tabata. Yesterday I worked out on the weights. Tonight I’m going to do cise which is a dance fitness class. There are a few other classes that I want to try which are body sculpting, beat it, and piyo. I’m really enjoying the gym and classes. I’m going to try going 5 days a week but if I can’t do that then I’ll go 3 days a week.
