  • Getting started again after a long break

    Hi everybody,
    I haven’t been poling for about 6 weeks due to a tenacious upper respiratory infection.
    On the one hand I really want to start training again, on the other I still dread having to start all over again.
    And honestly I have no clue how to set up my workout best… I won’t have more than 1 hour per training session in the next weeks (summer vacations – kids at home all day). I guess I won’t be able to work on flexibility, new tricks and strength all at once :-/
    I’d be grateful for any ideas on how to get back in shape most effectively!
