  Tell me about your favorite knee pads

  I ordered some liquid motion pads that I just didn’t love and was wondering if there are any other grippy pads out there that anyone uses? Also looking for something with more open space behind the knee. I don’t like a bunched up feeling. Thanks!

  The poledancerka knee pads arent very padded, and aren’t very sticky but I love them and they expose a lot of skin 🙂 https://poleactive.com/collections/poledancerka/products/poledancerka-knee-pads-black
