  Maybe I’m having a slow moment but exactly where do I begin and in what order. I read the getting started but I’m having navigation issues. Gimmie details plzzzzz

  Regarding the lessons?

  If so watch the first lesson of the 30 day program or the First lesson of the Beginner section. They tell you how to use the site. In fact any first video listed in a section tells you how to proceed 😁
