    Hey!

So I’m gonna be travelling for around 6 weeks in June. I’m really worried about losing my strength during that time (as I know you lose progress after just 2 weeks of not training). I’ll have access to a gym for around 2 of those weeks in the middle, but other than that all I can think of doing is yoga/pilates but I don’t know how much time I’ll have for that anyways. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Pilates/body weight type exercises!
For example, some of Veena’s strength routines are only 10 mins long, try those out?

Or play around with different exercises, and rep depending on how much time you have (or circuit training style and do 30-60secs per exercise). Anything involving planks is fantastic, because everything you need for pole is in there, arms, stomach, back, legs (particularly leg/arm raise variants). Obvs warm up a bit first, at least mobilise the key areas.
